On a facelift 04 CDTi Connoisseur SE Saloon I am trying to take the drivers electric seat out to dry the carpet during our warm weather.

As photo attached there are two blue wires coming from the main wiring loom to the seat and to the o/s rear of the seat and I guess to the side air bag in the seat. But I cant see a plug to disconnect those wires.

can anyone help me where can i have my rover 75 diesel ipk lcd screen replaced and but back to virgin state as i have fitted my old ipk so that i can use the car so the repaired ipk will have to be but back to virgin

i have a ipk that needs the lcd screen changed who can do this and who can but it back to virgin state plus when a new ipk is programmed does the t4 update the mileage marinabrian can repair the ipk but us he still trading

had mot on my rover 75 diesel and the person told me that the mileage on the ipk was less than the mileage recorded last year now is the correct mileage recorded and stored on the ecu or the ipk and how can i view the mileage

i think there is play on the passenger side steering rack it could be the track rod end but i think it is the rack can the rack be changed without lowering the sub frame has anyone done a rack

my 75 diesel has 2 pumps 1 in tank and 1 under bonnet pump now i would like to find out what the pressure is for the in tank and under bonnet but in 2005 mg rover changed the fuel supply and the 2005 models had only 1 in tank pump so what is pressure of this pump

As I work through the issues on a new acquired 04 plate CDTi saloon (with under bonnet pump)

I now find the alternator charges around 13.2 volts which goes down to 12.2 volts when loaded by headlights, heated windscreens and heater fan.

A parasitic drain test showed a problem with multimeter on 10 amp setting read 0.69. Should I assume this may well be the alternator? I took the easy to access coloured relay and ...

Now I have cleaned the corroded pin connections on the immobiliser I need to work out why the previous owner left all door cards half off the doors as if the doors were taken apart often while not solving the problem they were searching for.

As the car first drives away from parked the central locking "always" clucks all doors locked. Is this a fault or is it programmed to do that for security? In ...
