Hello all,

Could someone give me a steer please as to where this part fits? I am sure its part of the exhaust system and sits against the car bulkhead somewhere to stop it turning when screwing in/out a bolt. For the life of me I cannot work out where it goes. Its from a KV6 car.

Ok so this is not the conventional way to do it but it saves pulling the door cards off, and removing the glass to access the little spring so the thumb pieces come off the car.

You will need some trim tools for the job small piece of rag, just in case i didn't use a rag which you put behind the trim tool because you need to lever off the thumb pieces.

First check ...

Just some light thoughts here over that it is said that the rear suspension of a Rover 75/ZT is from a BMW E46, and so whether we should modify Rover 75 rear arms to be that of the E46? In case they last longer because the E46 rear arms may look stronger? I paint my rear arms with black Hammerite and that made a rusty second hand pair (that cost me £50 for the pair) ...

Some cheap 75s and ZTs at Anglia today.

This low mileage Connie Tourer went for a comparatively high price, but seems to have been well looked after. Worth the price, I think.

Hi there. I am hoping someone may be able to shed some light on an issue I am having trying to replace the dipstick tube connector on my 2004 ZT with KV6 engine.
Rimmers list only one part number for the item, ( part number LYC 100510) which I purchased but was not suitable as the hole in the collar is not large enough for the tube to pass through. DMGRS stock the same part ...
