I have an intermittant fault on my Tourer Tailgate. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Being intermittant it is a complete pain trying to find exactly where the fault is without stripping the whole thing down. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. TIA, Mike.

I note that the site has had an upgrade, but my details must hv been dumped. So had to re-register.

1. No 3 fuse 15A keeps blowing. The list says it serves sensors for camshaft and oxygen, though AA man said something different. He suspects a rat (he saw a few droppings). When I put in a new fuse, car turns over well and runs - but fuse sooner or later fails again. So I'm ...

With a house move pending to a more rural location I have been looking at the Clarke's Garage Tent as an easy temporary use. Especially as some sell cheaply as bought but not used. There are various makes of garage tent and we can just improvise with tarps. But one youtube with a classic Land Rover found the Clarkes garage tent was kind of warm inside with no ventilation which meant the warm air turned ...

Our broadband contract is coming to an end, so I'm looking at options. One of them being 5G.

Is anyone currently using 5G?

ATM we only have part-fibre, so speeds aren't brilliant. The best we can get is 20Mb/s download and <1Mb/s upload.

Obviously 5G doesn't come with a landline, although we don't use the landline 'phone much at all, only for the odd incoming call, or occasionally to call an 0800 number, if I ...

I am hopefully attempting a return to the fold with a very low miles tourer. The only major thing I will need is a tow bar preferably detachable, and, is the chap that provided us with all the Walnut goodies decals etc., still here, doing something similar. Just have to load the car with all the toys including the door handle chrome protectors etc., etc.

Hi there,

The upper arms on my rear suspension rusted through on my ZT-T 190 so I dismantled everything and reassembled with new parts. Now the car rumbles and makes metallic noises when I drive...

...what have I done to it? :-|

Everything came off, including the subframe which was shot blasted and repainted.
I bought new upper and lower arms from DMGRS and a new anti-roll ...

Hello all,

So with the front of my R75 now fully overhauled I have made a start on the rear. Everything is off and I am most of the way through disassembly.

Before I remove/destroy the ageing rear subframe bushes does anybody have a part number or source where they can be obtained. I prefer to have them removed when the frame goes for blasting and powder coating.

I am looking for the 4 bushes ...

Does the crank pulley bolt need to be heated? If so how is this done if it is a good pulley that will be used as a spare?

A friend has used a Clarke CEW1100 3/4 drive corded impact wrench on the 22mm crank pulley bolt with the flywheel jammed by a tool at the flywheel. https://www.machinemart.co.uk/p/clarke- ... gICvvD_BwE

The crank was securely locked by the tool there was ...
