Every time I fix a problem, it finds a new thing to go wrong. Did a whole load of work last year, new headlamps, aircon pipe, condensor. Before it was quite all back together the windscreen cracked. So when I started to investigate the reasons for the windscreen cracking the airbag light came on, and the drivers seat stopped working properly. Fixed those only for the fuel pump to start leaking. I've had some unfortunate news of a personal nature, and I have to part with my 2002 75 KV6 Connoisseur SE.

I would naturally prefer it to go to a fellow enthusiast, as these cars are getting scarcer and we need to conserve them as best we can.

I have a couple of questions related to the chrome covered plastic parts on my 75:

1. Has anyone had any success in getting any items re-chromed? The chrome is starting to lift/peel on one of the interior door handle surrounds and on the front grille.
2. Is there an product that can take surface scratches out of the chrome-covered plastic?
