One of my faves is

" I love it when you call, i love it when you call, i love it when you call but you never call at all " - how does he know he loves it then !

Any more ?

Planning is an unnatural process, much better to just get on with things, that way failure comes as a complete surprise instead of being preceeded by a period of worry and doubt

Worst rhyme ever goes to Burt Bacharach for the song "I'll Never Fall In Love Again" :
"what do you get when you fall in love,
you get enough germs to catch pneumonia,
and when you do she'll never phone ya..."

And worst geography ever... Sade's "Smooth Operator" :
"coast to coast, LA to Chicago"

And there's Alanis Morissette, who doesn't understand what the word "Ironic" means, yet she sings a song all about things that are meant to be ironic... and none of them are!
"It's like ten thousand spoons when all you need is a knife"
That's not ironic, it's just inconvenient. What WOULD be ironic is, if you were in that situation where you had 10,000 spoons and you needed a knife to do something and couldn't do it... only to later on find out that a spoon would have done the job just as well!

What about Rama Lama Ding Dong by Rocky Sharpe & The Replays

I've got a girl named
Rama Lama Ding Dong
She's everything to me
Rama Lama Ding Dong
I'll never set her free
'cause she's mine oh mine

I'm 48 and I've yet to meet someone called Rama Lama Ding Dong.......

Her hair was the colour of the sun
Was the colour of her eyes
Was the colour of my only love

Still love this song by Jefferson but have never found this colour in B&Q
"Keep Smilin'"

Was listening to the radio in the car the other day and they played "Matrimony" by Gilbert O'Sullivan... which has the lyrics...

I don't think the registrar
Will be very pleased
When we show up an hour late
Like two frozen peas
