Another tale... some people never learn by Raistlin

Not one of my cases, but worthy of note?

One of our prolific disqualified drivers was sentenced to four months inside just recently. Upon his release from Featherstone prison, he was collected by one of his friends who was stupid enough to allow him to drive the car. Whereupon they were pulled over within a few seconds by the Police.

In Court this morning he was sent down for a further four months and will have to serve the remainder of his previous sentence. He was further disqualified for five years...

And his friend's car, a Jaguar S type, said to be worth in the region of £5000, was seized by way of a deprivation order. Bye bye Jaguar.

Some people refuse to learn

Planning is an unnatural process, much better to just get on with things, that way failure comes as a complete surprise instead of being preceeded by a period of worry and doubt

You're right Rob - perhaps I was day-dreaming  it was, in fact, an S type.

It's a possibility Paul, although notoriously difficult to prove.

To be fair Rob, I got the impression that the chap who owned the car wasn't aware of the full situation.

I believe those worth selling go for auction somewhere in Warwick.
