Planning is an unnatural process, much better to just get on with things, that way failure comes as a complete surprise instead of being preceeded by a period of worry and doubt

£79,550 for the 5L V8 S which is limited to 186 mph top speed.

What an experience that would be with top down :)

It's definitely blowy at legal bypass speeds.
There are 3 levels of F Type. Base model is 340bhp 3ltr v6, then 380bhp 3 ltr v6 before the 480bhp 5 litre v8.
I have driven one for the weekend and although it may of been a base model, this car moves quick. The fire breathing exhaust burble is awesome, moreso when using the flappy paddles to enable a quicker shift. Dynamic mode is "uber kewl" turns your F into a playstation and adjusting the cars set up.
Overall covered a few miles yet the only (minor) negative was the boot space is almost zero and if you had to fit the silly saver, I am not sure the rear wheel would go in its space !! Would I worry about it, nope, I would call the butler to fetch it in the Rangey.

Lana del Rey and a F-Type. :-o   Hats off to Jaguar for signing her up, it would make me consider parting with a large amount of money!

Got to say though their new slogan 'how alive are you?' just doesn't work.

Although the V8 does sound like thunder, after hearing these, I am growing towards the V6 S (380BHP V6) as the sound reminds me of Jaguars of old.
