I have just brought SWMBO a kindle for xmas does anybody own one who can recommend a cover for it ?

Sorry have not used kindle for years ever since we got central heating and had the open fireplaces sealed. :gmc:

I think thats Kindling? :D But what a Kindle is I have no idea :confused:

Kindle is the verb, but Kindle is I believe, a new computer gizzmo. :thumbsup:

I wonder if we could fit it into the three word story? :cheers:

Don't know what will suit a Kindle best, as I don't own one myself. But I would start with the preferred material, whether it's leather or a any rubber type, or a soft fabric. What does SWMBO's like?

Interesting thought is where did they get the name from?

Oxford mini dictionary:

kindle, (1) set on fire, arouse, stimulate,become kindled.

kindle, (2) (of rabbits) produce offspring.

Hmmmm, so if we see any rabbits on fire we will know what they have been up too?

"Kindle" as in, set fire too, lets hope that is not it's ultimate fate.. lol...

Thanks for helpful and unhelpful repiles ;) she ordered herself a softcase from fleabay on thursday and it arrived today, shame the Kindle has yet to be posted by Amazon :roll:

Interesting thread, I ordered one for my wifes birthday. Thought about it for ages but if it stops her filling the house with books? Ordered last Sunday and came Tuesday - aren't they small lol. I need to get a case as well.

I ordered hers on Thursday evening, got an e-mail last night to say that it will dispatched on Wednesday with a delivery date of next Monday the 13th.(i used the free super saver option).
