HI Dave.
Lovely car that Sunbeam you have got, not seen it for about two years now, made in Wolves which i suppose you already know.

The FL2 is doing OK, 2nd MOT with me and again no advisories, the MOT man commented on the condition of the underside as he knows the problems they can have and let me under for a look, I've applied Lanoguard twice since owning the car and it certainly pays.

Cost me a set of tyres in the last couple of months, settled on Pirelli Scorpion all weather 235 55 19. Got an unbelievable deal via Ebay of all places, set of four brand new fitted and balanced at £65 per corner. Don't think I will ever see a bargain like that again. (Black circles have them at @ £165 per corner) How are your two FL2's doing?
As for the Sunbeam, really glad I shopped around and found one with a good body, they are prone to rust, then again suppose i'm not at my best bodywise and I'm a year younger than the Sunbeam.

Who's round is it?

Hi Dave.
I will shout you a nice single malt, my son collects whisky not for drinking, he must have at least 40 bottles now, some he paid quite a lot of money for, others he grabbed as a bargain, one such bottle he paid £150 for and said he could sell it tomorrow for three time the amount, it seems whisky is the new gold ?

More gardening done today planting and repairing of a wall started, England lionesses won again tonight, showing the lads how it's done.

Tyres where indeed an absolute bargain, always great to find bargains especially in these times.

 He bought an old empty whisky barrel about 2 years ago it got dumped and mine for him to cut open and make a display cabinet, he never got round to it and Gail made him take it to his own home, i have a feeling he will try and get me to do it sometime this year ;) if he can get it passed by Gail.

More gardening today for me once I've finished this green tea.

We are up in the lake district for a week in one of the trust properties I am a member of. Property is as usual stunning, detached cottage 4 beds, around 350yr old but modernised insid. We are allowed 1 holiday per year in one of the 20 or so properties we own for a nominal sum. On top of that if a property isn't already booked then you can apply for a late availability and we have had some great breaks away. Favourite place is a property in its own grounds overlooking the bay on the isle of Skye, we have that booked again for next year. The trust has just purchased the entire Hyning estate (google it) in the south lakes and we are hoping to get a late availability there later this year.

Have you tried Swedish Glace ice cream? It is vegan, dairy free, lactose free, gluton free and is rather tasty.
Available in vanilla, chocholate, strawberry, raspberry and neopolitan.

Did the ride, bit chilly first thing, did about 60 miles, lovely sunny day. Got home and went to the pub. 4 cans of Guinness zero and a pint of pale ale. Got back home and cut the grass, all in all a great day. More riding tomorrow.

I haven't but for me the most important, is it sugar free? The sugar free one set eventually and is quite nice.
