Eye brow problem by Bermudan 75

At the recent Cheshire meet, a gentlemen had a high line system that had an unusual fault. When he fitted the eyebrow the unit would dim down to the night time setting, when the eyebrow was removed it would revert to the normal daylight setting. This by the way was on a sunny Cheshire Sunday, ok rare I know but......

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks

Mike

either the eyebrow is causing a shadow, or the head unit is twisting....

Failing that, try a battery rest...(follow the shut down procedure)

I find mine only changes when I turn the lights on. I don't think the shade as any thing to do with it tbh.
Sounds more like a traped/lose wire somewhere
