Electric Passenger Seat by DRWMGTF

DRWMGTF
Afternoon,
I have been trying to dry out the carpet in my car and having moved the front passenger seat back as far back as it will go I can't get it to move forward again. When I press the switch there is a clicking noise but no movement. The electric adjustment of the back of the seat works fine. Any suggestions? Thanks David

Just a little more information. The car was registered in 2002. The drivers seat works fine.

Quick update.
Having read through other posts on this subject I have had a look underneath the passenger seat and waggled various wires and connections.
I then decided to see whether the heated seats were working and they were so checked the passenger seat and it is back to normal ie moves backwards and forwards without any problems.
Thanks for all the comments people have made on this particular subject in the past. David

I had a problem with my drivers seat recently though it's a memory seat so different system. Some movements would work, others not. Disturbing the wiring would fix it for a bit. There's more than one power feed, and the plug wasn't fully pushed in. Pushing it in properly fixed it. Maybe yoy have a connector that isn't fully seated?

Thanks for your replies (Duncan and Artic). I shall check all the connections under the seat when I remove the seat to try and dry out the carpet.
Thanks for all your your help in the past Artic.
