It now seems that we in the UK can no longer access Imgur they have decide to block us due to the new rules.

Linked to the UK’s new Online Safety Act (OSA) and ongoing investigations by regulators. The OSA is meant to protect minors from harmful content by verifying users’ identities.

So all those including my thread and post which used Imgur to post up photos you can no longer see them rendering the how to useless.

Looks like trying to find another image hosting site to post up photo's

What are other using so this can not happen in the future. ?

What about creating your 'How To' documents as PDF files? Immune from Photo hosting bandits.

Hi Mike.
Ive never thought about that and would need to look into to it, ie how does it work etc is it time consuming etc.

Fairly easy really.
Create the How To in say Word, just as you would normally inserting the images from your computer.
Then either Save As ...select pdf format
Or
Print to pdf printer

As Steve says, it is straight forward enough.

In Word you could create a template where you could insert your photographs. Text could then be inserted between the photographs.

I think I did a How To using that format.
