I don't know what coolant Veekay has but I was intending to top it up with OAT (Organic Acid Technology) based coolant. Is there a problem doing that please?

I thought 75s used the pink OAT didn't they? It's the non-OAT that can be an issue.

There have been discussions on the OC about coolant and that OAT which we all use I would think can and in some cases as been blamed for the deterioration or failure of the O-rings seal in the water pumps, and the O-rings on the V6 thermostats, some have taken to using the purple coolant instead, but fingers crossed I have used OAT in both the tourer and the MGZT and I did how ever have to change the thermostat on the V6 after only 18 months when I took it out it did seem that the O-rings were a little perished, I have since used different O-rings but stuck with the OAT, cheers Arctic.
