My fourth Rover 75 by Dutch75er

The first Rover 75 cdi was a baby blue 2002 manual for £300. 80.000 miles. Rear Suspension problems. So scrapped.
The second a dark blue 2004 Automatic cdi for £1700. 78.000 miles. Ladydriver passed two cars without noticing I indicated to the right so she smashed into me. Total loss.
The Third a darkblue 2005 Automatic cdi for £2200. 74.000 miles. Taxidriver opened her door without looking into her mirror so her door and my left frontwing were crashed.
And now my fourth 2006 manual cdi White gold. 66.000 miles. First (lady) owner. Always garaged and not driven for the last 4 years due to health problems.

Planning is an unnatural process, much better to just get on with things, that way failure comes as a complete surprise instead of being preceeded by a period of worry and doubt

That's great mileage for a diesel, may need a bit of TLC regarding the manifold EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve) system cleaning, you will know if you remove the intercooler EGR hose and take a look see if it's coked up or not, sills should be ok if it been garage, brakes may need a good looking at and the fluid changed, any diesel in the tank may also need looking at due to diesel bug? how are the tyres on the car i should imagine they are out for DOT date by now?

As above white gold can be a nice colour if looked after and let it go dull.

You don't seem to have much luck with the 75 though.
