I am about to renew my front brake discs/pads and i was wondering do i get a new wear sensor or will i be able to reuse the one i have on the car ATM ?

If you are careful with removing the existing one it can be reused. They only wear if the brake pad is really shot. I'm still using the originals on mine and have changed pads twice.
Only if the brake warning light is on, or you break it upon removal from the old brake pads!
