On the S-reg car that we have, I have found that the VIS (Variable Intake System) devices are fitted with LEDs as in the photo. One with a red LED (Light Emitting Diode) the other a yellow.

I seem to remember someone doing a similar mod ages ago. Can anyone shed light on it?

I don't like signatures, they take up too much screen space.

Not seen that before, I would imagine it is just an extension of the Ecu signal circuit. IE when the VIS activates it sends a signal to the ecu in the form of 12v. Would realy like a look inside :D ;)

I think someone over on xpower forum made a batch of LEDs that could be mounted inside the car using a unused hole, these were for the ZS so all the same for ours.
