Last week the Times had a report on a woman who got locked in a church. She had a mobile phone....she tweeted (whatever that means) that she was locked in. Her 'tweet' was read by a geezer who ran the church and he rang the Police to arrange for a key holder to let the stupid woman out.

So she had a phone, must have been one of those without a 1 or 9 on the keypad to enable her to phone 111 or 999 !

Stupid cow so typical of today's generation......

Yep. Girl that works at our place got stuck in the snow earlier in the year. she posted it on Facebook, in the hope that someone would rescue her. She has small kids she needed to get home to. why did she not just ring someone or better still, walk to the bus stop over the road and catch the bus to outside her house? The roads were fine, it was just the car park that was bad. It beggars belief and she could not see what folk were laughing at in the office (she is 39)............

This goes back a few years but is probably appropriate. I was in a Newsagents / Post Office in Pendeford and I saw a kid of about 10 make a call on his mobile saying "Mum, come and have a look at this". His Mother was roughly 15 metres away.
