Came back from France yesterday and ahead on the A16 about 40 miles from Calais was a car emitting vast clouds of jet black smoke from the exhaust. As I got closer I could see that he was trying to limp off at a junction and then I spotted part of the number plate - it was a Brit.
Hope he had breakdown insurance.
