In the paper today is the story of a Malaysian man who thinks he is the victim of misselling. He ordered a penis enlarger and received a magnifying glass.

The company supplying it took Health and Safety fully in to account and a leaflet states that it should not be used in sunlight.

I think the answer is Yes, it was misselling. How is the instrument to be of any use at night when there is no sun?
