It is a outdated law which needs changing to fit the year of modern technology we live in.
Many courts have missed people filming or recording on mobile phones.
At a recent visit to Crown Court there was only one small notice as you enter the building with a list of other things that no one stops to read!!
Many "reporters" use recorders illegally but are either not spotted or no one takes any notice, it seems gone are the notepad and pencil.

I still love this marque and I will still be around, preferred selling to breaking, as a great runner and performer"

In view of it being a general view of the court it's a shame they couldn't delete the photo and give a suspended sentence.... :gmc:

There are a surprising number of areas of modern life that can't cope with modern technology. The problem of having a sensible approach to camera phones is not confined to this example. Many companies have an unsustainable or unrealistic approach.
