Sad to say I would have to pay to, but as my better half is disabled and we have brand new car from the mobility scheme so I can get round it that way. In the bigger picture I and better half have driven into central London and it is a nightmare to find parking and with her in a wheelchair, London is just not wheelchair friendly. When people ask me about the best way to get around I always say public transport and walking.
