Hi. Trying to upload an image, via PM, and as I couldn't on a post.

I know there are size and format limitations, so maybe its that. But every time I try I get 'the file is invalid'. ISTR when I got that warning before, there was a link to tell me what the restrictions were, but can't find that anywhere. I've tried JPG and PNG. File sizes are 3-4 MB. What am I doing wrong, please?

Filetype should read .jpg or .png I don't have a limitation on dimensions.. See attached. 3304 × 2170 There is however, a limitation on file size of 512KB. The pic shown is my current desktop pic and is 377KB
Same on posts and PM's.

If you are still having trouble I can increase the file size somewhat. It is set at the current parameters to save space on the server. As we don't have that many attachments I can afford to increase values.

Thanks Mick. Files were bigger than 512k, by quite some margin. I'll resize in future.
