... how about this?

My Jaguar uses a fibre optic link between all the devices, phone, sat nav Jaguar Voice, audio, CD changer etc. It allows for audio and video data to be multiplexed along with control information, muting commands etc.

Thing is, there is no way of connecting iPod / USB to the audio unit.

Except if you buy Jaguar's own "Audio Connectivity Module" which basically allows iPod / USB to emulate the CD changer... for £570 of your English pounds thank you very much :(

Yes, just be thankful 75's stick with CAN (Bus Controller Area Network) bus and K bus. MOST is another story.

It's D2B on my car, not MOST Duncan. Pretty effective I have to say. Also, having a parsimonious search around, I got the ACM for considerably less :)
