Get the tow bar cover from a Volvo C70 (saloon) or V70 (Tourer) around 20-25 £.There's different modells so make sure that you get the right one,see clip shape on foto 2.
Just make a couple of mods:
1) Cutting out a bit the upper side (lower marker on photo 2)
2) Reduce the lenght of the center clip at his base and glue it back again in order to click perfectly into place (upper marker on foto 2)
