Font Managers by Mad-Monkey

Anyone use anything to manage fonts?

I want to be able to install selected fonts during a session but not have them permanently installed, and be able to produce a print out of a line of the font for a hard copy preview.

Installing 10000 fonts permanently is a killer :) Plus I never know what I've got!

I used to have one many moons ago when I worked in the print trade. Can't remember the name of it but it worked brilliantly. You could set up 'jobs' so you could load a set of fonts etc.
I'll have a look to see if I can find the software and let you know.

Thanks :)

I've got font viewer at the moment which is ok, but you have to select each folder individually which is a pain. It would be much better if there were an option to include select sub-folders.

Just found the software manual. It's a product called Font Minder by Ares. Hope this helps.
