Iphone 5. Allegedly postponed until September, then again Ipad2 was allegedly June but released today. Apple like to keep their public guessing, probably to keep sales of current kit flowing at a reasonable rate. A lot depend on network providers implementing 4G
Probable new features:-
Thinner! With shiny glass back piece - 9.3 mm thick.
Face Recognition Security
Face Time (Video Chat) access on 3G AND 4G (available currently but only on 3G)
Custom SMS tones
Custom E-mail alerts with ability to assign different tones to each email address
A new, sleeker body design.
OLED screen.
Scratch proof and shatter proof screen
Wireless sync with iTunes
32G (basic) and 64G of memory. You're sure to never run out.

Ipad2 available for sale 25th March
Iphone5 will also have HD video over Facetime and phone to phone Facetime over phone network, Wi-Fi only at present.
