I nearly put this in the comedy section... until I realised that Gove was being serious:-

Imagine the scene in Court. Several Police officers, trained to gather evidence, take statements and make contemporaneous notes.

For the defence, a politician, trained to tell lies, mislead, never answer a straight question and claim "ethical" expenses whose defence is a 1950s Japanese movie.

Prima facie, a convincing argument from the defence :lol:

Maybe my local villains will start mugging up on various little-known cultural media for cast-iron defence strategies.

How many suns inhabit the sky on Gove's world?
