Remember it - i worked through it :(
Looking back it will started going wrong when the supplier of the 75/ZT bumpers turned up with empty lorries to collect stock which was not paid for.

Where I live now in Lincs there are a number of retired people who 'worked' for MG Rover and some of the stories they tell means that at least some of the workforce contributed to the demise. However, the article is very interesting.

At the time of the takeover by the Phoenix 4 weren't they heralded as heroes, little did we know, wonder what they are all up to now ?

Read the article and MrDoodles is right about three of them.

Interesting that with Alchemy 2,000 would have jobs and with the Phoenish 4, supported by Byers, none do.
