I have an account with Royal Snail to print postage.

I tried to login a few minutes ago and on four occasions it refused to accept my password.

I clicked on the "Forgotten Password?" button and got the following:-

"To reset your password you must login to your account."

Then there were two neat little boxes, the first of which was entitled "Username"

Can you guess what the second box was labelled?
