... to transport a fridge on it's side?

I have to deliver a fridge in VeeKay. The trip will take about 30 minutes. Can anybody say if that will damage the fridge please?

Hmmm. I was expecting a dental problem for some reason.

Should be OK if left upright after transport for 12 hours before switch on, I believe. I have done this in the past but there may be something different with the newer stuff.
I don't like signatures, they take up too much screen space.

Thanks Bernard. This fridge isn't in the first flush of youth so I'll take the risk

As an ex-Bejam manager I can assure you that the freezer will suffer no ill effects.

2-3 hours should be ok Paul, it might make a few gurgling noises when you switch it back on, but that is not unusual.

One way of reactivating a fridge that sometimes works is to up end it.

As Above, we used to tip them upside down and take them in the van for a trip around the estate, sometimes it got them working sometimes it didn't but never any ill effects :)
