Got a 2nd hand IPad 1 last week and I'm loving it :)

I've had a iPhone 4 since launch day so I'm no stranger to the apple range but the iPad is very Sexy :)

Does anyone else have a iPad if so what apps do you recommend.?

I don't have one but I've always admired them - I think they're a great tool for if you want to lounge around and play on apps or browse the internet or even read a book or watch a movie! :)

I had an iPad for a while but I got a HP Touchpad in the firesale.

The iPad is a fantastic device but I just find iOS too restricted. The Touchpad hardware is reported to be comparable to the iPad 2 and an Android port is well underway.

I missed out on the fire sale, I would of loved to of got a 16gb for £89 :)

I heard that the reason HP are pulling out of the tablet market is that they had a iPad and hacked it to run there OS and it run a lot better on the iPad so they just threw the towel in ?

I got a 32Gb in Argos for €145. A bit dearer than the UK, but I'm happy with it.

The rumour I read was that iOS ran better than webOS on the Touchpad. Probably a grain of truth in both :-D

Hopefully the Android port will be available soon.
