Isnt that typical. Drove to work today perfectly fine, didnt even have radio on as was tired.

Right went out to get lunch and she just wont start.

Alarm deactivates fine

Petrol is over 1/2 full and you can hear the fuel priming as normal

Key in ignition, all six lights light up as normal along with other dash lights

Turn the key, the car makes that starting sound before the car cranks, but just doesnt crank.

Ive tried a few things and im stuck. Checked the battery connections and oil/water etc.

Additionally im at work now so dont have any tools. Any suggestion folks?

I'd check the fuel filter assembly first off. Under rear seat cushion on the passenger side.

Theres a fuse that feeds the oxygen (lambda) sensors, but it also feeds the cam sensor. If the sensor wiring gets hot or wears through, usually at the back of the engine, it will take out the fuse and prevent starting. So the fuse will pop when driving, but only show up next time you try to start. I helped Greeners on the OC find this on his as he kept having this problem.
