It seems that, after the debacle that was the PCC election, which cost the tax payer so much money and was such a waste of time (as they had been told to expect), we are now to foot a further bill to investigate why there was such a low turnout and negative reaction.

As Marion says, "I hope these numpties never have control of a family housekeeping budget."

I was actually working on the election for Walsall Council, sat their for 15 hours to take 43 votes , and when i was on the count later most of the candidate supporters were wearing their party rosettes so it is political whether we like it or not
