been a good day,not much to do but lots to see drove the new mg 6 i will post some more photos later can anyone identify this un used longbridge building? is it the flight shed? and the red zt in the grounds?

Yep the building with the half moon roof was the Flight Shed - The red ZT looks like one of the two old Fire cars which where used to support the ZTT speed record attempt car.

To quote Brian Luti from Dreadnought "The building is going to be pulled down its such a shame as the design was done by Barns Wallace. The roof structure is a work of art in its superlight construction need to allow a big area without pillars for aircraft construction during the war. They used to push the finished planes out the door and take off down the hill outside the factory with no proper testing."
