Hi Guys and gals.
Anyone needing to contact me for any reason please use this thread, it will be checked daily.

If it's for something you do not wish to post on open forum then you can send me a PM.

This could be for anything, quick questions about the Nano, items i may have for sale, do i have any photos of certain jobs etc.

Cheers Arctic.

Hi Steve,
Question: I seem to remember there was a thread listing a replacement for the lower seal on the front windscreen of the 75s,on the other side.
Do you know which seal it was?

Hi John.
I am unable to give you an 100% answer to that question because I've not been involved in it, I'm sure Dave will give an answer before Saturday or I'll try and get one from him and report back.

No gas refrigerant being done at this meet, i have been asked by a few members if i knew or not, which i didn't as I'm not involved, so contacted Dave whom was originally organising it, and he sent me this reply below.

(HI Steve,
After having only a mixed reception at the last meeting, like people who originally wanted to use him, now weren’t sure, I had a hard think about it.

Although he said he would come if 6/8 people wanted their cars done, I did not want him to come and only a couple turned up who wanted a service.

I also looked at the long weather forecast and on Saturday it looks like it is going to persist down with rain, so I phoned and told him that, and that the meet might be cancelled.

I did not want him to not book anything for his business on that Saturday and loose money.
So I am afraid he will not be coming this meet.

I have suggested that perhaps he could come next year perhaps in late spring early summer when people are using their aircon more.
See you on Saturday…………..hopefully.

Dave)

It's now official that I've stepped down from being admin on the Nano forum, and also from the crew, the crew page will also denote this, it really needs an update to that page and as done for quite a while because quite a few do not attend no more and have not done for ages.

I will still be coming to the Nano meets but with out carrying any responsibility for it's running or organising, so as a layman so to speak, I will still help when i can with owners cars at the meets that I go to.

Will keep my eye out for the 2026 dates.

Hi Steve - what I was looking for was the pictures you produced of the diesel lower engine mount bracket modification using the ford mondeo mark 3 engine mount. The write is there but the pictures look as though they have been erased.

Many thanks - Jeff

Hi Jeff.
Yes most of if not all my photos have been blanked due the new rules, anyways if i was you i would steer clear of the ford Mondeo mounts they are not that good and need quite a bit of fettling to fit properly I have a mount in the shed somewhere i will dig out and take a photo of it tomorrow and load it up with my new photo hosting platform I'm currently using.
