Please, before I tear all my hair out, does anybody know how to contact Yahoo if you don't have a Yahoo account?

I've searched their web-site but there just doesn't seem to be a way to contact them... and there's NO WAY, I am going to create an account as I'm already being deluged with spam from Yahoo groups and that's when I DON'T have an account. God knows what would happen if I actually had an account.

Please can anybody help?

Rgds

Been there guys, either you get into a loop or it requires you to enter your account details.

Sounds about right. If you are not a customer they don't want to know you.

I presume adding the emails to your email spam filter isn't doing the trick?

It does Simon, but I have several computers and occasionally I need to disable my spam filter on any one of them and I get swamped.

Besides which though, what sort of company makes it impossible to contact them without committing to having an account first?
