Does it matter these days if 64 bit or 32 bit? :-D

If you do want to use more than 3.x GB of RAM, then you'll need the 64 bit version.
Don't bother with 32 bit anymore. ;)

You can run 32 bit software on a 64 bit OS, but not vice versa.
