My 75 1.8 has starting whining when the a/c is on. It increases and decreases with the revs.Cant be the bikini clad chick that used to be sat to my left as she ditched me and the mk1 cortina for a 1600 capri and a Jason King lookalike. Any thoughts please? On the car not my lack of sex life!!

I'd say it probably requires a recharge of gas/lubricant. Also check that the radiator fan operates as it should on both speeds.
