I thought the proper Rover towing mirrors were supposed to fit bulletts and skullcaps. I bought some a while back, and though they fit snugly on the bullets on my V reg, they are not very good on the tourer with skullcaps.

Anyone any experience? Were there two versions of the proper Rover ones?

Hello Duncan,
Stumbled across your post here (I see it is an old one) - Do you still have them? I think they may fit my 1999 75. It also looks like I will have to "bight-the-bullet" on the towing relay. The one that came with the kit only bleeps at me! Rear Fogs and reversing sensors stay on when trailer plugged in.

I do still have them, but it turns out they do fit both types of mirror so I use them whenever I tow.

I'll keep my eyes open for the towing kit at the right price. Has anyone else seen the proper rover kit at a sensible price?
