Saw this on Facebook

How many times did he cross the double-white lines?! We came face to face with a motorbike doing the same thing a few years back, heading out of Buxton towards the Cat And Fiddle, and then saw the aftermath of something similar a few minutes later! Looks like the same place to me......

I'm satisfied, based merely upon the video, that an offence of dangerous driving is made out.

Perhaps he will be prosecuted.

If he was Paul, what would the punishment likely be? Considering that he nearly collided head-on with another motorist :shock:

Starting point 3 months custody (from what I saw). Would be more if previous motoring offences on his record.
