Was down at Carl's today to pick up two front wings and swap a bonnet off of his soon to be scrapped 75.

Took us quite a while to get the bits off and swapped in the glorious Lincolnshire sunshine, while attempting to evade acorns.

Met his lovely family and the many many Guinea Pigs.

Got to have a ride in the V8 too, which was wonderful.

Thanks a lot Carl for all of your help, looking forward to meeting you and yours again on Sunday.

Still can't believe we aligned the bonnet in one.

Pleasure to meet you Chris...I was very relieved the bonnet proved such a doddle to fit! :D

Yes I have to say young Zeb is truly a great chap and the drive to his lovely house is a joy in these days of head bangin' motorway trips.

Carl seems always ready to help :)

He re-pointed our external kitchen wall and only needed refueling with fish and chips

They tried but a few bent and blunted beaks persuaded them otherwise ;)
