this thread will be totaly devoted to posting a single factual fact every day (or as long as i remember!)
this week, we are going to cencentrate on bugs

todays fact:

A fly can react to something it sees and change direction in 30 milliseconds

i know how you feel

i used to be a really big eater (back in my younger days when my metabalism was through the roof) but over the last 6 months, since ive been doing more exercise and staying healthy, drinking more water etc, i acually eat less than i did, and i do more work :shock:

keeps the food bill down though :lol:
