Regarding the window sticker removal.

I think that sticky label remover should dissolve the adhesive, leaving the precious window intact.

Not tried it yet so can't be sure, but will let you know when I have.

Apart from the one member of the club forum who got mine, nobody else has shown any interest Duncan :(

I could add a post to my thread over there if you want.

Thanks for the offer, it was only if anyone was desperate for one.

You can have one of mine if you like.

Like Paul said, PM me your address. I still have to take my badges off the cars, but it shouldn't take too long for one of them.

When I've confirmed the postage, I'd ask for you to donate that amount to the running of this site if you are OK to do that.

If it assists, mine cost £1.70 as a large letter first class recorded.

D..d..d..discount from our Arkwright! :o

Will this set a precedent.

Sorry - had a funny 5 minutes I meant at 150% of RRP as it's had the honour of being mounted on a 260

I am also giving mine away after my recent treatment. Same rules apply, a donation to the community plus a couple of quid to cover P&P.

Chaps, I understand the reasons behind various posts here by I have to say that getting rid of my badge was purely pragmatic. There was no political intent express or implied as they say.

I no longer had a use for it, but I couldn't just bin it if somebody would find it useful.

I am curious, I'll go no further than that...

The same person who had my badge has had another badge on the same terms (F.O.C) from another member.

As I said, I'm curious.

Reminds me of one of my favourite films ;) :gmc:

What has always amused me about these grille badges is that they were so blatantly designed for 75s and not ZTs...as opposed to being designed for both.... 8-)

You're right about that which is precisely why I never bought one. It would have looked totally out of place on a ZT imo.
