Hi . In my 2001 Rover 75 sedan I noticed the roof lining starting to sag pretty much in the centre of the roof between front seats. Only sagging a little bit at the moment say 12inches x 12 inches. Any ideas how to fix? is it easy to remove the roof lining? Cheers Jeffrey

What is happening is that the thin layer of foam on the inside of the headlining is degrading. The only real way to fix this is to replace the headlining material. Removing the headliner itself is rather straight forward.
