So the report tells me nothing new, I lived in Salford for 15 years near Salford precinct where the trouble started. Loads of scum bags who leech of society, how many people know that Salford's main police station is just a hundred yards from the precinct? Why did they allow so much disorder to take place?

One could almost guess the findings. If the police were allowed to blindly throw bricks back into the crowd the chances of hitting a previous offender were good. The chances of hitting a local asian repeat offender were very slim.
