Jim has fixed it for the last time. :(
A very singular and eccentric entertainer, Jimmy Saville sadly passed away at the ripe old age of 84

Just logged on to find this news, a true Icon that only my generation could aspire to have. A real entertainer who never forgot his roots.

RIP Sir Jimmy

Two days short of his birthday :(
Saw him a few times in our local Indian Restaurant ( his Leeds home is only a couple of miles from us)
Always a table in the corner, usually alone and always puffing on this trademark cigar, smoking ban or no smoking ban :)
RIP Jim

40 million for charity, what a legacy!
I don't like signatures, they take up too much screen space.

I always used to watch Jim'll Fix It when I was young and I remember thinking of various things I'd liked to do, but never actually wrote in and asked though! He'll be sadly missed.

A genuine nice person, that raised millions for charity and dreams fixed for so many more, lost himself after the sad death of his Mother, who he was devoted to.

"My lovely car now sold onto a very happy new owner.
I still love this marque and I will still be around, preferred selling to breaking, as a great runner and performer"
