Finally this despotic dictator has bitten the bullet and resigned.
Let's all hope that the Egyptian people can now live in a free and democratic republic.
I have little doubt that others in positions of power in other Arabic countries will be shaking in their boots.
Power to the people.

That remains to be seen. The entire government will have to follow suit for there to be no interference from him.From what I can see the Army will hold power while elections can be arranged. That will take some considerable time.

Congratulations to Egypt. Sincere hopes for establishing a true democracy. They deserve it.

As a consequence, my company wants to send me back to Cairo in the coming days :mad: (I still did not get enough of my family :panic: , .... and my 75 ;) )
