Hi all when at the nano meet we swapped my front for the zt bumper and had to swap the light switch inside the car all was well checked on the T4 (Testbook version 4.Computer Diagnostic System) but i have noticed as soon as i put the key in the ignition the light switch lights up as if i have turned on the lights , i have checked that there are no lights on side dipped or spots any ideas folks thanks

Evening,

Not sure if they're meant to but both of ours do the same, I believe it's so you can see the LSM (Light Switch Module) when you're in the car in the dark.

Like I said, they may not be meant to do this, I just assumed they were.

you could be right i just never noticed it before i swap the end on the car i could be me being paranoid i hope ,thanks

Yes, it's normal so you can see the lightswitch. Otherwise you would need to turn the lights on in order to see the switch to turn the lights on. Just another clever thing these cars do.
