I am a little amazed at the ejector seat and the RAF. A bolt had been over-tightened causing the parachute to fail to deploy. Perhaps they need to invest in torque wrenches and use them. Far cheaper than the economic cost of a death in pure currency terms besides which there is the enormous emotional cost.
