Hi folks,

If any of you are selling your house, or renting a property out you are required to obtain an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate).

Please do not use a firm that advertise on the web under the name of EPC-Express. They are a bunch of cowboys who instruct Domestic Energy Assessors to produce the EPC, but do not then pay the assessor even though they have received the payment from the member of the public.

We have enough to consider in keeping our cars on the road without being ripped off by such people,
