Electrical fault? by mbeever

Hi, I've got a problem with my rover 75 cdt classic. Earlier today the abs warning light came on. At the same time the speedo has stopped working and the fuel guage is playing up. Can anyone advise me where to start looking? Thanks.

Think one of the front wheel ABS (Antilock Braking System) senders is linked to the speedo so probably the sender needs replacing. As for the fuel gauge think you have a separate fault there- float holed?

The ABS sensor on the O/S drivers side...controls the speedo, so maybe faulty check it and change it if need be, first check the wiring, easy to fit but a nightmare to remove sometimes.

I have exactly the same problem. Did you manage to find a solution?
